You are invited to join our church in fasting from Social media from Good Friday Worship through after Fellowship time on Easter Sunday. This is completely optional but highly recommended. Recommended apps to refrain from using during that time are Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, X (Twitter), and Youtube. If social media is not important to you, you might consider giving up all electronic gaming during that time as well. The more of us participate, the more meaningful it will be as we are fully present to God and one another over Good Friday and Easter.
Join us for a simple Good Friday service on 4/18 at 7:30PM in the YCG room. We will sing, pray, meditate, and take communion with Jesus in the upper room, just as Jesus did with His first disciples.
Join us for more Easter festivities at our Easter Potluck on Sunday, April 20! Bring a simple appetizer, main dish, or dessert to share as we gather in fellowship and celebration. We can’t wait to see you there!
Missionaries in training will be staying at Peace House from 3/31 to 5/10. They are attending a course at the Life in Christ Mennonite church led by Pastor Joel who preached a couple weeks ago. Pray for them and say hi if you see them!
