Deacon and Elder nominations are now open until October 3rd, 3:00 PM. The Paper nomination forms are now available at church. The completed forms should be deposited in the drop box on the wall in the Fellowship Hall.

The main goal of the election this year is to make sure that we confirm TWO (2) Elders and FOUR (4) English Deacons. Deacons Grace Hong and David Ko will continue to serve in 2022.Due to the urgent need for English Deacons, the leadership has agreed to suspend the selection of candidates for specific church ministries (i.e. - missions, worship, etc.) This year, the deacon assignments to the church ministries will be based on need and gifts after the election.
Please take this time to prayerfully consider the Elder and Deacon nominations.

We will have Communion next week. For those who are participating via Youtube, please prepare the elements for the sacrament. You can use juice or wine, and bread or crackers. For those in person, we will have individually wrapped cups and crackers for you.
The in-person English Children’s Sunday School started up this September for those in 1st - 5th grade! If you’re interested in teaching/helping with Children’s Sunday School, please email Anny Ko at heyanny@gmail.com.
Our interim Pastor, Dr. Rev. John Lee, serves as part time pastor of City Grace Church. John is a native East Coast guy and lives with his wife and family on the Upper East Side. He received his MA from Westminster Theological Seminary in 2001 and his PhD from Yale in Roman history in 2012. John enjoys preaching, networking, and accelerating the work of ministry in any way he can both locally and abroad. John also works full time at The Geneva School teaching Latin and leading the Upper School. In his spare time, John is an avid woodworker.
