COVID-19 continues to be widespread and we are doing everything we can to ensure your safety. *

Preventative measures have put in place to reduce the spread of COVID-19 but we cannot guarantee that you or family members will not become infected with COVID-19. By participating in the Reformed Church of Newtown, you agree to the following:

I am aware of the existence of the risk to me at the venue and my participation may cause or result in injury or illness such as, but not limited to, COVID-19. I have not experienced symptoms of fever > 100 degrees, shortness of breath, new cough or any other symptoms relating to COVID-19 or any communicable disease within the last 10 days prior to attending. I have not been, nor any member(s) of my household, diagnosed to be infected with COVID-19 virus within the last 10 days prior to attending. I agree to wear my mask, covering my nose and mouth, and socially distance from others. I agree to immediately inform the deacons at deacons@newtown.church in the event that I or any attendee in my household tests positive for COVID-19 within 2 weeks of attending service.
