  1. Please join us for our monthly prayer meeting immediately after service today.  

  2. JoyCamp lunch sign-ups are now open! This is a great way to serve the ministry and help the staff of JoyCamp. The sign-up sheet can be found on the fridge in the kitchen. For any questions please reach out to Hannah or email her at joycamp@newtown.church. 

  3. On Friday, 6/9, at 7pm, YCG is hosting a Talent & Testimony Night here in the sanctuary. Students will use their gifts to creatively express the gospel message or a biblical truth. This will be a church wide event and everyone is welcome. Come at 6:30pm to enjoy free snacks and bubble tea and invite any students you know!

  4. We are partnering with City Mission for a cell phone drive to empower those living in Elmhurst experiencing homelessness. We are collecting working used cell phones with chargers here at church until Sunday, 6/26. Monetary donations for cell phone activation and cell phones are also accepted directly at the website, City Mission Cell Phone Drive until 6/28. Please see Daniel Su if you have any questions. 

  5. The federal COVID-19 public health emergency declaration ended on May 11, 2023, as the rates of COVID-19 are at the lowest levels in over a year. English leadership have lifted the restrictions and recommendations put in place when COVID was at its height. Attendees who contract COVID are no longer required to inform the church but we ask they refrain from attending until they recover.  Masks are optional for attendees but we ask everyone to be respectful of others' decisions to wear masks. Thanks to all for abiding by these guidelines for the past several years! 

  6. Please continue to support the various ministries at church by tithing online at the link below or utilizing the tithing box outside of the sanctuary center doors.
