Please join us for a Picnic/hangout today (weather permitting) after service at Elmhurst Park. Meet at the park at 3pm near the field behind the hill and bring your food and sports equipment. In case of rain, we will hang out in the Fellowship Hall for an afternoon of games and fellowship.
YCG would like to go apple picking at Wright’s Farm on Saturday, 10/15, but will need rides. Please let us know if you are able and willing to drive students and join us for apple picking! Wright’s Farm is a 2-hour drive from church. Please contact Simone Louie (simone@newtown.church) or Alyson Yu if you can help.
Children Sunday School will begin on 10/2 for Pre-K to 5th Graders. If you are interested in getting involved with this ministry as a teacher or helper, please contact Anny Ko at 917-848-1246.
Consistory Nominations are open and will run until 10/2. Nomination forms can be found right outside the Sanctuary and dropped in the mailbox located in the Fellowship Hall.
